Access and privacy

We use LinkedIn sign-in to identify who accesses this confidential presentation. If you decline LinkedIn access, you may continue by providing a professional email address. That address is not verified.

We record your authentication method, available identity details, submitted email address, access time and the exact presentation version viewed. We do not post to LinkedIn.

A personalised tracking link records access against the recipient label entered by Checkstep. The first automatic access identifies the bearer of the link, not a verified person. If the link is opened later in an unrecognised browser, LinkedIn sign-in is required.

Access records are held in a private Google Sheet. Presentation files are held in a restricted Google Drive folder. Both are available only to the application service account and the authorised Checkstep owner.
